Created New Web Site to Host Zim Desktop Wiki for Windows

Today I moved my Zim Desktop Wiki for Windows installer packages to a new web site powered by ProcessWire. This replaces that function on my main web site (www.glump.net) where I had been hosting the installers in a WordPress setup with somewhat problematic custom post types.

Additionally the new web site hosts the FAQ page for my Zim Desktop Wiki IRC chat room, replacing an old hostname that I will eventually be retiring.
